VE Day Celebrations - Friday May 8th
The bunting was out and some flags too, people dressed up and three different houses played music of the period and tables were laid with tablecloths, vases of flowers and delicious  cakes and scones. Everyone was in a jolly mood and several walked up and down to say ‘Hello’ to neighbours they hadn’t seen for weeks or in some cases, ever. Some found ingenious ways to share their cakes, biscuits and scones and quite a few added a bottle of fizz to add to the fun. A few others from other parts of Stutton cycled by but had to stop to chat as it was so fun to do ... What a wonderful village!
