The picture below clarifies the various stages involved in creating a Neighbourhood Plan. The project is estimated to take more than two years from start to completion.  Our aim is that as many  villagers  as possible contribute to the production of a Plan, which represents the  majority feeling.  For now if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The area plan 

On 9 October 2018, Stutton Parish Council submitted an application to define the boundary of their Neighbourhood Plan. Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Babergh District Council confirmed the designated area on 12 October 2018.
